A 120,000 sq. ft. plant built around one idea: repeatability
Our manufacturing facility at GIDC Chhatral, Gujarat, runs corrugated converting, flexible printing and lamination, rigid moulding and protective packaging under a single roof. Keeping every process in house means we control the schedule, the specification and the quality record from raw material to loaded container.
The plant runs three shifts with a dedicated maintenance window on each line, a climate-controlled lamination hall, a segregated food-grade production zone and an on-site testing laboratory that clears every batch before it is allowed into the despatch bay.
Manufacturing lines
Four divisions, each with its own line-up of machinery, its own trained crew and its own control plan.
Corrugation & Converting
- 5-ply automatic corrugation plant, 1800 mm web
- 4-colour flexo folder gluer with inline slotting
- Automatic flatbed die-cutting and rotary die-cutters
- Auto stitching, folder gluing and bundling lines
Flexible Printing & Lamination
- 8-colour rotogravure press, 1250 mm web width
- Solventless and solvent-based lamination
- Digital press for short-run and versioned SKUs
- Slitting, pouching and zipper application lines
Rigid Moulding
- Injection moulding from 80T to 450T clamp force
- Extrusion and injection-blow moulding lines
- In-mould labelling and post-mould decoration
- In-house tool room for cavity maintenance
Protective & Finishing
- Cast stretch film extrusion, 5-layer
- Bubble film and EPE foam profile lines
- CNC foam profiling to CAD drawings
- ISPM-15 heat treatment chamber for export pallets
In-House Quality Control Laboratory
Nothing ships on assumption. Our laboratory holds calibrated instruments for physical, dimensional and barrier testing, and every batch carries a test record traceable back to the raw-material lot. Certificates of Analysis are issued on request for any consignment.
